The camera is going far away from Germany, Mexico, Italy, and Venice to Kaohsiung, Taiwan. An extraordinary experience and record expresses how Maestro Narcissus Quagliata created the world known public artwork “Dome of Light” for Kaohsiung Rapid Transit Corporation in Taiwan.
