Passenger Agent Office:
The PAO (Passenger Agent Office) is octagonal
in shape, and are installed in both the paid areas and the free
areas. The upper part of the booth is transparent – covered with
glass, offering the staff a 360° view, allowing the monitor of
passengers and situations in the station at all times. The
transparency closes the separation between staff and passengers. |
