Help Desks

 

Passenger Agent Office:
The PAO (Passenger Agent Office) is octagonal in shape, and are installed in both the paid areas and the free areas. The upper part of the booth is transparent – covered with glass, offering the staff a 360° view, allowing the monitor of passengers and situations in the station at all times. The transparency closes the separation between staff and passengers.

 

There is always at least one station staff on duty in the PAO. In addition to monitoring the situation in the station, staff will assist the passengers in solving their problems when riding the MRT. PAO offers the following services:

 

(1). Fare adjustment, add-value service, and problem ticket handling
(2). Group ticket sales
(3). One-day pass sales
(4). Issuing ticket purchase certificates, ride certificates (same day only), and issuing delay certificates
(5). Fax service for hearing impaired passengers
(6). Assistance for the disabled
(7). Lost and found
(8). Inquiry
(9). Application for registration card and reporting lost card
