Kaohsiung Rapid Transit Corporation (hereafter referred to as ‘the Company’) hereby makes the following statement in accordance with Personal Information Protection Act and the Company’s privacy policy. According to Article 8 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the company needs to inform you “The statement of collecting, processing and using personal information” as following:

Purpose of collecting personal information: The purpose of the Company collecting your personal information is for No. 090 Customer/Client Management and Service.

Categories and items of personal information:
(1).
C001 Identifications: e.g. name, contact methods (including telephone number, cell phone number and E-mail address etc.)
(2).
C011 Description: e.g age, gender

Duration, regions, targets and methods of using personal information:
(1).
Duration: in the Company existing period or in accordance with the data retention period by law.
(2).
Regions: in the territory of Republic of China or local and overseas locations of the target.
(3).
Targets: the Company and its subsidiary companies, associations, associated agencies, the judiciary, government associations or other government agencies.
(4).
Methods: by using phone, message, fax, email, paper or other suitable science technological methods to collect, process and use the personal information.

According to the Article 3 of Personal Information Protection Act, the following rights can be conducted by requests.

to request of reviewing, reading or making a copy. However, the Company is able to charge a dealing fee.
(2).
to request of a supplement or correction with suitable explanations in advance.
(3).
to request of stop collecting, processing, using and deleting when the purpose dismissed or expired. However, the Company reserves the rights to disregard your requests if needed.
